The applicant accepts that the quality of images appearing in the ad will depend upon the quality of picture provided. All pictures will be returned  / deleted at the request of the applicant.
 
DISPLAY and EXTENSION
 
Advertisements submitted are for a "1 month period only" an extended period i.e: 3 month by application. Notification to units4rent is required as soon as there is any change relating to availability for prospective tenants.
 
PAYMENT
 
Payment is by way of direct funds transfer, or Pay Pal. Once payment is confirmed the ad will be live on the web site.
