* HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

 

A Single Listing is suitable for  a specific ad,the fee is $99  GST inclusive & will last for 1 month,where an ongoing ad ie: 3 months is $260 GST inclusive  and will last for 3 months.

This includes your ability to load photo's, floor plan's & description of the Property.

An additonal fee per ad of $25 for loading will be applicable ( deleting the Ad or placing the Ad on hold  is free of charge )

 

All payments for listings are via internet Bank transfer direct to units4rent Bank account  or Pay Pal online.

 

 

A Single ad will last for 1 month, however you may want to place the ad for a 3 month period or longer, when the property has rented you will need to notify us,

If you wish to extend your advertising time you will  need to notify us to extend just email us at info@units4rent.com.

 

 

A professional photographer can be provided for photographes of an apartment, facilities and Lifestyle, this will encounter an additional charge the photo's will remain the property of the owner / Property Manager Please Contact us for further information.
